The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has announced four groups of colleges in the states of Florida, Ohio, North Carolina and Texas to participate in the Completion by Design Initiative.

Based on their lengthy track-record of success, and working alongside the Foundation and other national partners, these colleges will create a model of innovative new strategies to help people across America attain college degrees.
